Jon has a BA in Theatre/Communications from the University of Puget Sound and a Master's Degree from California State University at Long Beach in Emergency Services Administration.
Andrea has a BS in Behavioral Science from San Jose State University.
Their combined 40 years of Law Enforcement Experience provides a unique and direct approach to teaching problem solving skills.
Jon is specially trained in dealing with those suffering from mental illness, and is a trained Hostage Negotiator. He also specializes in tactical training including, Active Shooter and major critical incidents.
Andrea is a Public Safety Dispatcher experienced in communication with the public, and has many years of experience as a Tactical Dispatcher.
